Simon has operated a commercial finance brokerage since 2018, advising on property-backed lending solutions including bridging loans, development finance, commercial term debt, and complex buy-to-let funding. He works closely with lenders across the UK market to structure funding solutions for a wide range of scenarios, from single-asset transactions through to multi-property portfolios and larger development projects.
His background in property investment provides a practical understanding of how finance interacts with real-world projects. Having been involved in sourcing, refinancing, and funding property assets over a number of years, Simon brings a commercially focused and solutions-led approach to every case, with a strong emphasis on clarity, speed, and certainty of execution.
